Amorocutan 50 mg/ml active ingredient nail varnish is used to treat nail fungus infections of the toenails and fingernails. It contains the active ingredient amorolfine, which penetrates deep into the nail bed and fights the nail fungus. The nail polish is applied once a week and is waterproof. It can also be used under cosmetic nail polish. Each pack contains disposable files, alcohol swabs, a spatula and a unique spatula holder for hygienic and convenient application. The pack size is 3 ml. Before application, the diseased parts of the nail should be removed and the nails disinfected. The nail polish is applied thinly to the affected nail and after application the spatula can be cleaned with an alcohol swab. It is recommended to use the nail varnish until complete healing, which usually takes six months for fingernails and nine to twelve months for toenails.
