It is also used for the supportive treatment of osteoporosis in adults. The tablets contain colecalciferol as the active ingredient. The recommended dosage varies depending on age and type of use. The tablets should be taken with sufficient water. Blood and urine calcium levels should be monitored regularly during long-term treatment.
