Emser® nasal drops offer an effective alternative to chemical decongestants.Their effect is based on the composition of the natural Emser salt.They actively loosen mucus, have a decongestant effect and accelerate healing.Especially for infants and toddlers with a practical dropper.No separate pipette required - simply hold the bottle down when using.

Areas of application

Emser® nasal drops are a saline local therapeutic agent for the treatment of respiratory diseases.They are used for supportive treatment by moistening, cleansing and decongesting the nasal mucosa in cases of banal acute infections of the upper respiratory tract and chronic rhinosinusitis.They also serve as an accompanying treatment measure to accelerate the healing process after endonasal sinus surgery.

The active ingredient is natural Emser salt.The solution contains 11.75 mg of Emser salt per drop.The analysis data of ions in g/kg are as follows: lithium 0.21, sodium 308.7, potassium 6.11, magnesium 0.291, calcium 0.016, manganese 0.0001, iron (II, III) 0.003, fluoride 0.078, chloride 188.4, bromide 0.202, iodide 0.005, nitrate0.355, sulfate 9.24, bicarbonate 474.4, carbonate 14.0.The other ingredient is purified water.

Contraindications

There are no known restrictions on the use of Emser® nasal drops.

Dosage

Always use this medicine exactly as described or exactly as discussed with your doctor or pharmacist.Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.The recommended dose is 1 to 3 drops of the preparation in each nostril 1 to 3 times a day, as needed for adults, children and infants.The duration of use of the drug is not limited.

Intake

Before using the medicine for the first time, remove the protective cap and pump 2-3 times to remove the air from the dropper.For hygiene reasons and to avoid disease transmission, each dropper should only be used by one person.After each use, please wipe the dropper dry and put the protective cap back on.The dropper technology prevents germs from entering the container, meaning there is no need to add preservatives.
