Emser® nasal spray contains a solution of the natural Emser salt in a salt concentration adapted to the blood (isotonic salt concentration).It is completely natural and free from preservatives and chemical additives.The nasal spray can be used over a longer period of time, can be used for frequent colds and is compatible with homeopathy.

Area of application

Emser® nasal spray offers gentle help with a cold.If the nose is blocked and breathing is difficult, the nasal spray can be an effective support.It helps naturally by reducing acid stress on inflamed nasal mucosa and loosening stuck mucus.The product is well tolerated, has a mild effect and does not cause dependence on nasal sprays.

Mode of action

Emser® nasal spray has a unique triple effect.On the one hand, it has an active expectorant effect, as the natural Emser salt liquefies thick mucus and activates the cilia of the mucous membrane.This supports and improves the natural cleaning function.On the other hand, it reduces the swelling of the mucous membrane, as the hydrogen carbonate ions in the Emser salt neutralize acidic metabolic products that occur during inflammation.This counteracts inflammatory reactions and allows the mucous membrane to decrease gently.Ems salt also accelerates healing because it contains numerous minerals and trace elements that are important for cell function.

Emser® nasal spray contains natural Emser salt as an active ingredient.One spray contains 1.645 mg of natural Emser salt, and the other ingredient is purified water.Natural Emser salt consists of more than 30 minerals and trace elements, including sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, fluoride and sulfate ions.Hydrogen carbonate ions make up the largest proportion, which is why the solution of the natural Emser salt is slightly alkaline (pH 8-10).

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Before using the product for the first time, remove the protective cap and pump 2-3 times to remove the air from the spray pump.Depending on your needs, adults, children and infants can give 1-2 sprays of the preparation into each nostril once or several times a day.The duration of use of the drug is not limited.

Intake

Notes

For hygiene reasons and to avoid disease transmission, each spray bottle should only be used by one person.After each use, please wipe the spray head dry and put the protective cap back on.The spray pump technology prevents germs from entering the container, meaning there is no need to add preservatives.However, please note the use-up periods.Keep Emser® nasal spray out of the reach of children.It should not be stored below 4°C and not above 50°C.You can find the expiry date of your spray on both the packaging and the spray bottle.Do not use the pack after this date.Since Emser® nasal spray does not contain any preservatives, you should not use opened spray bottles for longer than 6 months.
