Instructions for use for SCHAFGARBENKRAUT Tea, 250 g

Method of use: To drink after preparing a tea infusion and for preparing sitz baths. Herbal medicinal product for digestive complaints and to stimulate appetite. Indications: Internal use for: Loss of appetite; digestive disorders such as mild, cramp-like complaints in the gastrointestinal tract. Sitz baths for: painful cramps of psychovegetative origin in the female pelvis (pelvipathia vegetativa). Note: In case of complaints lasting longer than 1 week or recurring periodically, a doctor should be consulted. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to yarrow and other composite plants, e.g. arnica, camomile, marigolds. Precautions for use and warnings: No adequate studies are available on the use of yarrow during pregnancy and lactation or in children under 12 years of age. Preparations of yarrow herb should therefore not be used by this group of people. Interactions with other remedies: None known. Dosage instructions and method of use: Unless otherwise prescribed, one cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 times a day to stimulate appetite half an hour before meals, or after meals in the case of digestive complaints: 1 teaspoonful (approx. 1.5 g) of yarrow herb is poured over boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes. For sitz baths use 100 g yarrow herb to 20 I water. Side effects: None known. Note: Medicinal product! Keep out of reach of children! Store away from light and moisture!
