Orthomol Nemuri Night Spray is a dietary supplement containing melatonin, passionflower extract and lemon balm leaf extract.It has a pleasant peppermint taste and is a practical sleep aid that can be used quickly and easily.The product is lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, alcohol-free and free of other allergens in accordance with EU-Regulation 1169/2011.It does not contain any dyes or animal ingredients.

Orthomol Nemuri Night Spray is used as a dietary supplement.Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.This positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.Melatonin also helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.For this purpose, at least 0.5 mg of melatonin should be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and on the first days after arrival at your destination.

The ingredients of Orthomol Nemuri Night Spray include water, sweetener xylitol, passionflower extract (from Passiflora incarnata), melatonin, lemon balm leaf extract (from Melissa officinalis), stabilizer microcrystalline cellulose, flavor, preservative potassium sorbate, thickener xanthan gum, acidulant malic acid and thickener sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

One serving corresponds to a spray of 0.2 ml and contains 1 mg melatonin, 1.9 mg passion flower extract (from 7.6 mg passion flower petals) and 1.7 mg lemon balm extract (from 6.8 mg lemon balm leaves).There is no reference level for these ingredients according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, Orthomol Nemuri Night Spray should not be consumed.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 1 spray, sprayed directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before bedtime.The spray should be shaken well before each use.
