Content and application

The tea is available in a quantity of 250 g.It can be used for drinking, rinsing or gargling after making a tea infusion.A cold extract is prepared for envelopes.

Type of application

To drink, the tea infusion is prepared as follows: 2 teaspoons (approx. 1.4 g) of ribwort plantain herb are poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer.A cold extract is prepared for rinsing, gargling or for poultices: 2 teaspoons full (approx. 1.4 g) of ribwort plantain herb are poured with cold water (approx. 150 ml), left to stand for 1 to 2 hours while stirring frequently and then passed through a tea strainer if necessary.

Dosage instructions

Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the tea infusion is drunk 3 to 4 times a day for catarrh of the respiratory tract.For rinsing, gargling or compresses, the cold extract is also prepared 3 to 4 times a day in the specified amount or the required multiple.

Storage instructions
