I like the gel much better than the creams because it is absorbed much faster.

The cortisone cream was recommended to me by my dermatologist because I sometimes tend to have small inflamed areas on my skin. I can confirm that the cream is cooling and yet it is more like a rich cream. The inflamed areas are dry and don't need to be further dried out by a gel
