Soventol® HydroCortisone Acetate 0.5% Cremogel is an innovative solution for acute skin irritations.It has a particularly quick, cooling and nourishing effect.The product is ideal for eczema, contact allergies, inflamed bites or painful sunburn.It instantly relieves itching, has an anti-inflammatory effect and reduces swelling and redness.

The unique Cremogel formulation combines several effective benefits.The active ingredient hydrocortisone acetate is quickly released from the hydrophilic base and penetrates deep into the skin.This promotes rapid itch relief and creates an additional cooling effect.

Hydrocortisone acetate is a versatile active ingredient with anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and anti-itch properties.The acetate compound allows for quick release and effective action in the skin.Even in small doses, hydrocortisone acetate can relieve itching, redness, and inflammation.

Area of application

Soventol® HydroCortisone Acetate 0.5% Cremogel is used to treat moderately severe red, inflammatory or allergic skin diseases.It is effective for skin diseases such as inflammatory, allergic or itchy dermatoses, sunburn, insect bites, itching, eczema, neurodermatitis, sun allergy and skin reactions caused by the oak processionary moth caterpillar.

Soventol® HydroCortisone Acetate 0.5% Cremogel contains the following active ingredients and excipients: 5 mg hydrocortisone acetate, 4.48 mg hydrocortisone, acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate cross polymer, ammonia, decyl oleate, disodium edetat 2 water, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl alcohol, macrogol 400, paraffin, thick, perfume oil and water,cleaned.

Contraindications

The product should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, in children under 6 years of age without a doctor's prescription, for a period of more than 14 days, in specific skin processes such as skin tuberculosis or syphilis, in virus-related skin diseases such as herpes simplex or shingles, in skin reactions after vaccinations, in rosacea-like dermatitis, acne, rosacea, fungal infections, bacterial skin infections, under occlusive conditions, in the eye or on the eyelid and during the firstthird of pregnancy.

Dosage

Apply the cream to the affected skin areas 1 to 2 times a day in the morning and/or evening.For children, one application a day is usually sufficient.Rub the cream lightly in a thin layer.

Intake

The Cremogel is applied thinly to the skin and rubbed in lightly.

Patient information

Particular care is required in the facial area.Avoid large area application and for children over 6 years of age, treatment should be carried out on small areas.Simultaneous use in the genital or anal area and latex products may impair the functionality of these products.

Pregnancy

The cream must not be used during the first trimester of pregnancy.In later stages of pregnancy, the preparation should only be used after careful benefit-risk assessment.Breastfeeding should be stopped during breastfeeding if the preparation is used over large areas or for a long time, as the active ingredient hydrocortisone passes into breast milk.
