Kytta ointment is always in the house, whether it's a sprain or pain in the knee. The Kytta goes on it.

I use this ointment instead of the chemical ointments, which don't help at all... If I get wrist or knee problems, I apply an ointment dressing with Kytta in the evening. The next morning I can already feel relief. Highly recommended .
