Kytta Schmerzsalbe is a medicinal product used for the external treatment of pain and swelling. It contains the active substance comfrey root fluid extract. In adults, the ointment is used for the treatment of pain and swelling in knee joint arthrosis, acute muscle pain in the back and sprains, bruises and strains after sports and accident injuries. For children from the age of 8 and adolescents, it is suitable for the external treatment of sprains, bruises and strains after sports and accident injuries. However, it is important to read the package leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. The ointment contains certain ingredients such as peanut oil, parabens and fragrances to which there may be hypersensitivity. The dosage and application instructions depend on age and body part. The ointment is applied to the affected skin area and massaged in gently. An airtight dressing is not recommended.
