Doppelherz Ginkgo 120 mg System Film-Coated Tablets contains a dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves. It is used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. The recommended dose for adults and elderly patients is 1 film-coated tablet twice daily. The tablets should be taken unchewed with liquid. The treatment should last at least 8 weeks. There are no data on dosage in impaired kidney or liver function. The medicinal product should be stored away from heat. There are no relevant uses for children and adolescents. The product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should seek medical advice before use. Heavy machinery should not be operated as no adequate studies have been conducted on the effects on roadworthiness.
