Doppelherz Ginkgo 120 mg contains a dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves.It is a herbal medicine used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Doppelherz Ginkgo 120 mg is used to treat performance disorders caused by changes in the brain, such as poor concentration and memory problems.It is particularly suitable for older patients with mild dementia.

Dosage and application

The recommended dose for adults and elderly patients is 1 film-coated tablet twice daily, morning and evening.The tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid, preferably a glass of drinking water.It can be taken regardless of meals.Treatment should last at least 8 weeks.If there is no improvement after 3 months, a doctor should be consulted.

Composition

Active ingredients: Ginkgo biloba leaf dry extract (120 mg), Ginkgo flavon glycosides (29.4 mg), Ginkgolides A, B, C (3.36-4.08 mg), Bilobalide (3.12-3.84 mg), Ginkgolic acids (maximum 0.6 micrograms).Excipients: Croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose-1 water (380.294 mg), magnesium stearate (vegetable), microcrystalline cellulose, spray-dried glucose syrup (6.316 mg), macrogol 3350, poly(vinyl alcohol), talc, titanium dioxide, iron (III) oxide hydrate, yellow.

Contraindications

Doppelherz Ginkgo 120 mg should not be used if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients.Caution is advised if there is an increased tendency to bleeding.The medicine is not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking it.
