Soventol® PROTECT is an intensive protection spray that offers reliable protection against mosquitoes.It keeps both domestic and tropical mosquitoes away for up to 7 hours and is ideal for use at home and when traveling.The product is water-resistant and sweat-proof, which makes it particularly suitable for active people and athletes.It is also well tolerated and can be used in children aged 1 year and over.

A special feature of the Soventol® PROTECT is the practical 360° spray system, which enables overhead application.This means that even hard-to-reach areas of the body such as feet, calves or the back can be easily sprayed.The plant-based active ingredient PMD, also known as Eucalyptus citriodora oil, ensures a pleasant smell and good tolerability.

Mode of action

Soventol® PROTECT contains the active ingredient PMD (p-menthane-3,8-diol), which is obtained from the essential oil of the lemon eucalyptus tree.When applied, PMD gives off a special smell that makes people unattractive to mosquitoes and thus protects them from bites.The spray is dermatologically tested and offers reliable protection against mosquito bites, including tiger and yellow fever mosquitoes, which can transmit the Zika virus, among other things.

1 ml of Soventol® PROTECT contains PMD (p-menthane-3,8-diol).The active ingredient is contained in a concentration of 12.5 g per 100 g of lemon eucalyptus oil, hydrated and cyclized.The product also contains CITRONELLOL and EUCALYPTOL, which can cause allergic reactions.

Area of application

Soventol® PROTECT can be used as an intensive mosquito repellent to prevent mosquito bites.Suitable for both home and travel use, it provides up to 7 hours of protection against domestic and tropical mosquitoes, including tiger mosquitoes.

Dosage

Spray Soventol® PROTECT evenly and completely onto your body and then rub it in.For use on the face, you should spray the spray directly into the palms of your hands and then spread it sparingly over the face.Make sure to avoid the eyes and mouth area.If necessary, you can reapply the spray several times a day to extend the duration of protection.It is not necessary to observe a security waiting period.

Tip: Also rub the areas of skin that are only covered by light textiles, as insects can also bite there.If you use sunscreen, you should only apply Soventol® PROTECT afterwards.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.Soventol® PROTECT is not suitable for infants.The spray should be used sparingly for small children aged 1 year and over.
