Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot system tablets offer an innovative 2-phase function for quick and long-term magnesium supply.This specially developed two-layer tablet releases the magnesium gradually, so only one tablet is required daily.The direct phase delivers 200 mg of magnesium, of which 50 mg as citrate, combined with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.The depot phase also releases 200 mg of magnesium along with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.

These tablets are ideal for a continuous supply of magnesium, especially during physical exertion or an unbalanced diet.They are lactose and gluten free and support the normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot system tablets contain the following ingredients: magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, isomalt, modified starch, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, fatty acids, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, talc and coconut oil.

Each daily serving (1 tablet) contains 400 mg magnesium and 5 mg vitamin B6.

Application and dosage

The recommended dosage for Doppelherz Magnesium 400 Depot system tablets is: Take 1/2 to 1 tablet daily with a meal with sufficient liquid without chewing.If there is an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion and a diet low in magnesium, 1 tablet should be taken daily.If your diet is unbalanced, 1/2 tablet per day is enough.
