Can be taken as a dietary supplement. Vitamin B is always good and the body needs it. I take it regularly.

As I eat a vegan and gluten-free diet, I have been taking this supplement on and off for years and recommend it to others. I would only wish that the amount of B12 was not so extremely high, as the body can absorb regular, smaller, doses better and that the rapeseed oil used was organic.

I imagine the preperat is good for me.I take it like a cure,when I realise I need it I take it for 2 weeks then it's good again. My doctor says you realise when you no longer need it.

Tablet is easy to swallow. It is difficult to say anything about the effect. Colours the urine yellow. I wouldn't buy the product again, as the instructions say that you can't store it in a dosing box. So I have to remember to take these tablets every morning in addition to my dosage box. I don't know if this is the case with all B-complex tablets (including those from other companies), but in future I would look for drops or similar, which I would then take together with my Vit. D3 and K2 drops.

Very effective B Complex. Replenishes the depot quickly, you feel fitter quickly. Muscle pain also improves.
