Instructions for use for VITAMIN B-KOMPLEX-ratiopharm capsules, 120 pcs

Vitamin B complex ratiopharm capsules are a food supplement containing all 8 vitamins of the B complex. These vitamins are important for energy metabolism, blood formation, cell division and the nervous system. A balanced diet is the best source of B vitamins, but in some cases an additional supply may be necessary, e.g. in case of an unbalanced diet or physical stress. One capsule daily with sufficient liquid is recommended. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Please note that food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. One pack contains 120 capsules and is lactose-free. The composition of the capsules includes various ingredients such as maltodextrin, gelatine, calcium D-pantothenate, thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) and colourings such as titanium dioxide and iron oxide. Please note that the product does not contain any information on the possible duration of use and that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

I was diagnosed with a vitamin B and D deficiency during my rehabilitation. Due to my age and my bone problems, my GP recommended that I continue to take the vitamin B complex ratiopharm hard capsules after I had been taking them for 4 months and a blood test had been carried out. I have now been taking them for almost a year and have not regretted it. I have not noticed any side effects. I tolerate them well and will continue to take them for the time being. I also take a soft capsule once a week, which is a vitamin D preparation.

Good dietary supplement that is very helpful for tiredness and weakness and is much cheaper here than in the local pharmacy. I would recommend it to others.

Since I have been taking the vitamin B complex from ratiopharm, I feel mentally and physically more alert and generally more efficient.
