Directions for use of the article Vitamaze Vitamin B-Complex high-dose: This food supplement contains all eight vitamins of the B group in one tablet. It supports vitality, the immune system as well as skin, hair and nails. Do not exceed the recommended intake. The product should be stored unopened, cool, dry and out of reach of children. It is free from colourings and preservatives, gluten and lactose free and suitable for allergy sufferers. The ingredients include modified starch, microcrystalline cellulose, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamine, folic acid, biotin and methylcobalamin. The net quantity is 36 g (180 tablets). The product comes from Germany and is manufactured by Vitamaze GmbH. It is not suitable for children and adolescents. This product is a food supplement and not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Super product, I am very satisfied. It contains all the important vitamins and also in a sufficiently high dosage. For example biotin (B7) or folic acid (B9).

I often have stress in the office and recently I've also been suffering from heartburn a lot. I try to fight it with alkaline products, but bullrich salt doesn't help as much as it used to. Since taking the Vitamin B Complex and changing my eating habits a little, it has definitely got better, at least in the last 40 days that I have been taking the Complex. As long as it helps, I'm in.
