Fructaid is a medical product that contains the enzyme glucose isomerase and is used for fructose intolerance, also known as fructose intolerance or fructose malabsorption.It helps prevent or relieve digestive discomfort caused by fructose malabsorption.Fructaid is the only product in the world with this effect and is registered in Germany as a medical product with proven effectiveness.

No prescription is required for this product.

Note: Fructaid is not suitable for people with hereditary fructose intolerance.

Application

Take 1-4 capsules with liquid a few minutes before consuming foods and drinks containing fructose up to 4 times daily.Children over 100 cm tall should not take more than 10 capsules per day.The amount needed depends on your personal sensitivity to fructose as well as the fructose content and composition of the food or drink consumed.Test individually which amount is sufficient for you.

Alternatively, you can open the capsule and take the pellets it contains whole with liquid immediately before the meal containing fructose.To do this, lightly squeeze the capsule and pull the two capsule halves apart.

Notes

Fructaid must not be taken if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.Diabetics should calculate the fructose content of the respective food or drink as glucose and only use Fructaid under medical supervision.Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children should only use the product after consulting a doctor.

Keep Fructaid out of the reach of children and store at 15 to 25°C.

Ingredients

Cellulose, hypromellose, glucose isomerase, methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) dispersion 30%, talc, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, trehalose, triethyl citrate, E 171.

Since Fructaid does not contain any ingredients of animal origin, it is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.It is lactose-free and can therefore be used by people with lactose intolerance.
