Canina^® BIO-KOKOSÖL is a purely natural product that is used to support healthy metabolism, worm prevention and for external use to keep unwanted pests away from dogs and cats.It is a single feed.

Virgin coconut oil is obtained by cold pressing and is unrefined, non-bleached, non-hydrogenated and non-deodorized.It contains plenty of medium-chain fatty acids such as lauric acid, caprylic acid and capric acid, which are converted directly into energy and are not stored as fat deposits.This means that coconut oil has a positive effect on the metabolism and is also recommended to support worm prevention and in cases of worm infestation.

Many pet owners also use coconut oil externally.The lauric acid in coconut oil is said to keep unwanted pests away from the animal.The medium-chain fatty acids it contains have a nourishing effect on the skin and hair and provide moisture.The fur becomes silky shiny and is pleasantly easy to comb.

Feeding recommendation per animal and day:

Dog: 1g per 5kg body weight (max. 12g)

Cat: 1g

Canina^® BIO-KOKOSÖL can be added to regular feed in a solid or liquid state.At over 20°C it changes from a solid to a liquid state and melts.

When used externally, Canina^® BIO-KOKOSÖL is rubbed in the hand and then massaged into the skin and coat.Depending on the size of the animal, a pea-sized (cat) to plum-sized amount of coconut oil (large dog) is applied several times a week.The animal's coat should be well moistened.
