Muscle and joint pain can have various causes, such as overuse, poor posture or rheumatic diseases.This pain can significantly impact quality of life, especially when everyday movements such as walking, bending or lifting are affected.Doloplant® is a herbal medicine used for the external treatment of muscle and joint pain.

Mode of action

Doloplant® has a pain-relieving, relaxing and anti-inflammatory effect.The cream contains a special combination of peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil and rosemary oil, which in high doses provides noticeable relief from symptoms.

Doloplant® contains the following active ingredients: peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil and rosemary oil.10 g of cream contains: 0.625 g peppermint oil, 0.625 g eucalyptus oil and 0.40 g rosemary oil.The other ingredients include medium-chain triglycerides, hard fat, glycerol (dihydrogen citrate) stearate, glycerol mono/disease fatty acid ester, cetyl palmitate (Ph. Eur.), xanthan gum, bleached wax, octyldodecanol (Ph. Eur.) and purified water.

Area of application

Doloplant® is used to support the treatment of rheumatic complaints and muscle pain.The cream is particularly effective for back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.The medicine must not be used in infants and small children under 2 ½ years.There are no sufficient studies available for use in children up to 12 years of age.

Dosage

Adults and young people aged 12 and over apply an approx. 6 cm long strand of cream to the affected areas of the body 3 to 5 times a day.The cream should be applied evenly and massaged in thoroughly.
