Comfeel Plus hydrocolloid dressings are specially designed for moist wound healing.They are suitable for a wide range of wounds with low to moderate exudation.These dressings are suitable for both chronic wounds such as leg ulcers and pressure sores as well as acute wounds such as superficial burns, second degree burns, split-thickness skin donor sites, post-operative wounds and skin abrasions.Depending on the wound characteristics, the dressing can be worn for up to 7 days.Comfeel Plus can be used as both a primary and secondary dressing.

The hydrocolloid dressings from Comfeel Plus offer reliable protection for the wound.They create a moist wound environment that promotes healing and supports wound protection in the final stages of wound healing.The top film is water and bacteria repellent to protect the wound from external factors and smooth to reduce friction.The semi-permeable top film allows moisture to evaporate and maintains a moist wound environment for healing.

Comfeel Plus hydrocolloid dressings are equipped with a grid that allows wound inspection and visualization of changes.They also have a 3-part non-contact application system that allows aseptic and controlled application.The turquoise touch points make the application process easier.An actual size product photo is shown on the packaging to make product selection easier.The pouch comes with illustrated application instructions to ensure optimal use.

When the dressing comes into contact with wound exudate, it forms a viscous gel that absorbs exudate but does not adhere to the wound bed.Excess moisture evaporates through the semi-permeable top film.

Comfeel Plus consists of moisture-absorbing particles of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) embedded in a synthetic, elastic and adhesive mass.To increase the absorption capacity, calcium alginate was added to the dressing.The top film consists of a semi-permeable polyurethane film.Comfeel Plus Transparent contains no pectin, no known allergens such as latex or rosin and no animal products such as gelatin.
