B-complex mse capsules are a food supplement that combines all eight B vitamins as well as choline and inositol in high concentration and optimal bioavailability. It also contains vitamin B12 in its bioactive form as methylcobalamin and partly also folic acid in its bioactive form as 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (5-MTHF). Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and the psyche. In addition, vitamins B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid and folic acid can help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Choline, folic acid and vitamin B12 promote normal homocysteine metabolism. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid support normal immune system function. B-complex mse is free from milk protein, lactose, soya, yeast, gelatine, flavourings, colourings and preservatives and is gluten-free. It is available in a pack of 30 capsules. The recommended intake is one capsule twice a day with a meal and sufficient liquid. The capsules also contain vitamin A and vitamin D3. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
