Instructions for use for Gingobeta 40 mg film-coated tablets, 30 pcs
Gingobeta® 40 mg film-coated tablets
Gingobeta® is a herbal medicine for improving age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. No prescription is required for this product.
Forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating and memory are very common symptoms that can occur with increasing age and in mild dementia. The reason for this is, among other things,a decrease in blood flow to the brain. The brain can be stimulated with targeted exercises and physical activity for mild symptoms. This promotes blood circulation and improves memory and concentration. The Ginkgo biloba extract, as contained in Gingobeta® 40 mg film-coated tablets, has proven itself as a supportive therapy. This has a blood circulation-promoting effect and thus improves the oxygen and nutrient supply, which in turn increases memory and concentration abilities.
The ginkgo tree originated in China and is now planted all over the world. The tree can live up to 1,000 years.Special plant ingredients protect the tree from pests and environmental toxins. The tree is widely used as a medicinal plant in East Asia and parts of the plant are used there as natural medicines for various illnesses. The special extract for Gingobeta® is obtained from the leaves of the ginkgo tree.
Tips to improve memory and concentration
Drinking enough, e.g. water or tea, is important.Regular meals and physical activity, such as cycling or climbing stairs, strengthen the muscles.Staying active and learning new things, like taking a dance class or playing games, can also help.
