Gingobeta 40 mg film-coated tablets are a herbal medicinal product containing a dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves. It is used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. The recommended dose is 3 film-coated tablets twice daily for adults and elderly patients. It should be taken in the morning and evening and the tablets should be taken whole with liquid. The treatment should last at least 8 weeks. Side effects may include headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, lower abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Pregnant women and people with hypersensitivity to the ingredients should not take the medicine. Before use, consult your doctor or pharmacist and read the package leaflet. It should be stored below 30 °C.
