Gingobeta 40 mg Film-Coated Tablets is a herbal medicinal product containing the active substance Ginkgo biloba leaves dry extract. It is used to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia. The recommended dose for adults and elderly patients is three film-coated tablets twice daily. The tablets should be taken whole with liquid. The treatment should last at least 8 weeks. There are some contraindications, such as an allergy to the ingredients or pregnancy. Side effects may include headache, dizziness, diarrhoea and nausea. Certain precautions should be taken before use. The medicine should be stored away from heat.
