Gingobeta 240 mg Film-Coated Tablets should not be taken if you are allergic to Ginkgo biloba extract or any of the other ingredients of the medicine, or if you are pregnant. Please only take Gingobeta after consulting your doctor if you are known to suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars. The recommended dose for adults and elderly patients is ½ film-coated tablet twice daily or 1 film-coated tablet once daily. The tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid, preferably water. The treatment should last at least 8 weeks. If there is no improvement in symptoms after 3 months or if symptoms worsen, the doctor should check whether treatment should be continued.
