Description of the product

This cream is a herbal medicine used for the external treatment of muscle and joint pain.It is suitable for the supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints and muscle pain.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The cream contains the following active ingredients: 62.5 mg eucalyptus oil, 62.5 mg peppermint oil and 40 mg rosemary oil.The following excipients are also included: (RS)-2-octyldodecan-1-ol, cetyl palmitate, glycerol stearate citrate, hard fat, fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides, triglycerides, medium chain, wax, bleached, water, purified and xanthan gum.

Contraindications

Contraindications are circumstances in which the cream must not be used.These include known hypersensitivities to the active ingredients or excipients, breastfeeding, obstruction of the bile ducts, inflammation of the gallbladder, severe liver damage, damaged skin, skin and childhood diseases with rash, shortness of breath due to narrowing of the airways, whooping cough, constrictive laryngitis, other diseases of the respiratory tract with pronounced hypersensitivity as well as infants and children under 2 years of age.

Dosage and application

The cream should always be used exactly as directed.Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over apply the cream 3 to 5 times a day to the affected areas with an approximately 6 cm long strand of cream and massage in well.The treating doctor decides on the duration of use.

Special Notes

In acute conditions with redness, swelling or overheating as well as persistent symptoms, a doctor should be consulted.Peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil can cause laryngeal spasm in infants and children up to 2 years old.There are no sufficient studies available for use in children between 2 and 12 years of age.

Pregnancy and special instructions for use

There are no sufficient studies on the use of the cream during pregnancy.If you have gallstones, the cream should only be used after consulting your doctor.The cream should not be used on the face, mucous membranes or damaged skin.After use, hands should be cleaned thoroughly.In the case of children, care should be taken to ensure that they do not come into contact with the areas of skin that have been rubbed.

Overdose and forgotten use

Significant discomfort can occur if large amounts of the cream are accidentally ingested.In this case, the doctor should be informed.Milk or alcohol should not be drunk as they can promote the absorption of the active ingredients.If an application is forgotten, the next application should be carried out as usual without increasing the dose.
