VisuXL eye drops

VisuXL eye drops are an innovative preparation for relieving dry eye symptoms such as redness, pain, itching, sandy feeling and burning.These eye drops were introduced in Germany in May 2017 and are preservative-free.They contain a unique combination of coenzyme Q10, cross-linked hyaluronic acid and vitamin E TPGS, which have moisturizing and antioxidant properties.

Area of application

VisuXL eye drops have been specially developed for hypovolemic dry eyes.They provide high-quality, long-lasting symptom relief.

Mode of action

VisuXL eye drops combine the advantages of coenzyme Q10 and cross-linked hyaluronic acid.Cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides long-lasting relief and stays on the surface of the eye three times longer compared to linear hyaluronic acid.Coenzyme Q10 has an antioxidant effect and promotes corneal regeneration, resulting in a fourfold reduction in corneal damage compared to linear hyaluronic acid.

VisuXL eye drops contain the following active ingredients: Coenzyme Q10 100 mg, vitamin E TPGS (D-alpha-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate) 500 mg, cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 100 mg and an isotonic buffer solution in sufficient quantity for 100 ml.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended use: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, drip 1-2 drops of VisuXL into the conjunctival sac of each eye twice a day.No prescription is required for this product.

Notes

The product can also be administered while wearing contact lenses and does not change their properties.It can help hydrate soft contact lenses.The product should be used at least 5 minutes after administration of other medicines.The expiry date indicated refers to the product stored correctly in intact packaging.The product must not be used after the expiry date stated on the package.Wash hands before use and avoid touching eyes with the tip of the product.The bottle must not be used if it is damaged.The product should be protected from light and heat sources and kept out of the reach of children.Store the product at room temperature (15-25ºC).The product is intended for use on the eyes and not for swallowing.
