In combination with finasteride and minoxidil solution (Minoxicutan 50mg or similar), years of experience have shown that although hair loss is slowed down, it cannot be stopped. The hair thins out despite the treatment. However, it is conceivable that this process would accelerate without the expensive combination solution of minoxidil and finasteride.

You should not expect miracles. The active ingredient ensures that the remaining hair is retained and that individual hairs grow back very slowly. I have been using it for about 3 years, but I should not expect a return to my youthful hair density. Sometimes hair sprouts where you wouldn't want it to (ear, temple) - but that's just the way it is with the active ingredient - it was originally developed as a blood thinner. I have not noticed any side effects as such so far.
