Super quality. I take it after a viral illness. I had severe hair loss during my last flu. Now I take this product 30 minutes before breakfast with 25 mg zinc in the morning and evening and am fit again and this time without hair loss. Please take zinc with your meals. Vitamaze - top quality - made in Germany.

Selenium has the ability to bind heavy metals and has an excellent antitoxic effect. It protects the body from free radicals and strengthens the body's own defences.
Plants absorb selenium from the soil, but due to the extensive acidification of the soil, acid rain and the use of sulphate-containing fertilisers, the selenium content in the soil has fallen sharply. The increasingly frequent heavy rainfall also washes selenium out of the soil.

My family doctor recommended that I take selenium daily, as our diet no longer contains sufficient amounts of selenium. Since I have been taking selenium regularly, my thyroid values have normalised. The quantity is ideal - 1 year's supply - top value for money. The perfect daily dose is ideally given with the 200 mycrograms and the tablets dissolve in the mouth by themselves, they don't have a sharp taste and are therefore perfect for swallowing. My immune system has become considerably stronger and it has also helped my hair. A clear 5 stars
