The tablets are great for the supply of B vitamins, such as vitamin B6, B9 and B12. I can imagine that vegans in particular could benefit from the tablets. I am currently on a vegetarian diet and therefore still take vitamin B12 through dairy products or eggs, but the tablets are ideal for an additional supply.

I ordered the tablets because I follow a vegan diet and therefore need to take additional vitamins. In the end, I decided in favour of these tablets because they are highly dosed and contain vitamin B9 and B6 as well as vitamin B12.

Fast delivery. Tablets are small and therefore easier to swallow. Covers my daily requirement of vitamin B12 and also contains folic acid. Will order again :)
