I use maca especially in the cold winter months. It helps to give me a little boost. It gives me more energy and desire. Together with arginine, it's a great product for active men. I can definitely recommend the brand, as I use several of their products.

L-arginine Most of what you read here about L-arginine ? the natural form of this amino acid ? was completely unknown a decade ago.
