The MAGNESIUM 350 mg complex citrate/oxide/carbon.vegan is well packaged and does not have an unpleasant odour. It is well tolerated in terms of concentration and is well absorbed. The tablets are not so big that you can't get them down and they are slightly oval but flat. I am convinced of the price-performance ratio.

Magnesium3 is a dietary supplement and is in no way a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet. As recommended, I take one tablet a day with plenty of water. Magnesium is a really very important trace element, it is important for many processes in the body, such as the maintenance of bones, metabolism and teeth. Since I have been taking magnesium, my calf cramps have become much less severe. The pack lasts for half a year. It is well tolerated, the tablets are a bit large but easy to divide.
