Directions for use of the product Boma Magnesium +300 Capsules: This food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and healthy diet. It contains 600 mg of magnesium, which is 160% of the recommended nutrient reference values. The recommended intake for adults is 2 capsules. It is recommended to keep the product dry and out of reach of children at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. The capsules contain magnesium oxide and magnesium L-pidolate. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, maintenance of normal bones and normal function of the nervous system. The product contains no animal ingredients and is manufactured in Denmark.
