Information for use with the article Cefavit D3 K2 Mg 2.000 I.E. hard capsules: Cefavit D3 K2 Mg is a food supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, K2 and magnesium. It helps maintain normal muscle function, normal bones and supports normal blood clotting. The product is suitable for vegetarians and free from gluten, lactose, allergens, gelatine, flavouring, yeast and sweeteners. The recommended intake is 1 capsule daily for adults, every 2nd day for adolescents 13 years and older and every 3rd day for children 7 years and older. The capsule should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid (water) with a meal. The composition per capsule contains 50 µg vitamin D3 = 2,000 I.U., 100 µg vitamin K and 330 mg magnesium. The amounts indicated correspond to 1000% of the recommended daily allowance for vitamin D3, 133% for vitamin K and 88% for magnesium.
