Lyranda® chewable tablets are a dietary supplement specifically designed for dietary management of cold sores.The chewable tablets contain an innovative formula with L-lysine, zinc, selenium, vitamins and bioflavonoids.These nutrients are contained in increased quantities to cover the special needs of cold sores and to support the regeneration of the damaged skin area and the strengthening of the immune system.Clinical data proves the effectiveness of this composition.

The chewable tablets are easy to use: they just need to be chewed, which means that the active ingredients are absorbed from the inside.They are very well tolerated and have a pleasant pineapple taste.They are also gluten and lactose free.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The ingredients of Lyranda® chewable tablets include sugar, L-lysine HCl, sweeteners such as sorbitol and steviol glycosides, and fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose.Additionally included are vitamin C, zinc citrate, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, citrus bioflavonoids, folic acid, sodium selenate and vitamin D. The chewable tablets are free of gluten and lactose.

Nutritional information per 3 tablets (daily portion) and per 100 g: Energy 190 kJ/45 kcal and 1345 kJ/321 kcal, fat 0.5 g and 3.8 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.5 g and 3.8 g, carbohydrates 8 g and 53 g, of which sugar 5 g and 33 g, protein 0 g and 0 g, salt0.01g and 0.05g.Also included are riboflavin 6.0 mg and 43 mg, vitamin C 500 mg and 3547 mg, folic acid 500 μg and 3547 μg, vitamin B6 6.0 mg and 43 mg, vitamin D 5.0 μg and 35 μg, vitamin B12 6.0 μg and 43 μg, selenium 100 μg and 709 μg, zinc 30 mgand 213 mg, sodium 3 mg and 20 mg, bioflavonoids 5.1 mg and 36 mg and L-lysine 3 g and 21 g.

Dosage

You should start taking Lyranda® chewable tablets at the first signs of cold sores.3 chewable tablets are recommended daily until complete healing.If consumed in excess, the product can have a laxative effect.The chewable tablets can be cut in half if necessary and are also suitable in combination with other herpes preparations.
