Area of application

Dosage

The hemorrPEN should be inserted through the sphincter into the anal canal until the thinnest part of the pen is enclosed by the sphincter.A relaxed posture is recommended for the duration of the application, preferably lying on your side or sitting.The process can be repeated several times a day.If the application is uncomfortable, a pea-sized portion of a suitable ointment or lubricant can be applied to the tip of the pen.The success of the treatment essentially depends on the regularity of use.The hemorrhoids usually heal within a few days to weeks.

Please do not insert the hemorrPEN deeper into the anal canal than described in the instructions, otherwise there is a risk that it will slip into the intestines.Multiple use of hemorrPEN by the same user is possible.Before each use, the hemorrPEN must be checked to ensure that the surface is intact and clean.If the surface changes, the hemorrPEN must be replaced with a new one.After use, it should be cleaned with lukewarm water and preferably a soap solution or mild washing lotion.Do not clean with chemical agents and do not use household cleaners or dishwashing liquids.Then rinse with clear water and let dry.Disinfection or boiling is not necessary.
