Always brew the tea fresh and use it within a maximum of three hours.It should not be reheated or sweetened.The tea is suitable for children from four to six months of age (approx. 8 kg body weight).A filter bag is used for 250-300 ml (vial or large cup).Pour fresh, boiling water over the bag and let it steep for eight minutes.A maximum of one sachet should be consumed per day.Take out the filter bag and press it lightly.Allow the tea to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C) and check the temperature.The tea can be enjoyed both warm and cold.
