Yamato Gast 265 mg film-coated tablets are used to relieve mild gastrointestinal complaints such as loss of appetite, malaise, bloating and flatulence. The tablets contain a combination of eight medicinal plants and are alcohol-free. Traditional Japanese Kampo medicine meets modern methods of Western orthodox medicine. The active ingredients are Atractylodes japonica rootstock dry extract, Citrus Unshiu fruit peel dry extract, Ginseng rootstock dry extract, Ginger rootstock dry extract, Jujube fruit dry extract, Pinellia rhizome dry extract, Poria cocs fruit body dry extract and Licorice root dry extract. The tablets are taken unchewed between or with meals with sufficient liquid. The duration of use should not exceed two weeks.
