Hansaplast Sport Kinesiology Tape supports muscle and joint function and provides relief from muscle pain, e.g. in the hip, back and shoulder areas. It can also be used to support lymphatic drainage for oedema. The tape adapts to movement, is water and sweat resistant and makes the skin flexible during sports activity. It is latex-free and made of cotton and elastane. The tape should be applied at least 20 minutes before exercise by rounding the corners and peeling off the paper. It adheres securely to the skin and can be activated by rubbing it with the hand. Hansaplast Kinesiology Tape was developed in cooperation with physiotherapists, sports doctors and athletes and is based on possible trends in studies, individual case reports and empirical values. It promotes mobility, muscle function and blood circulation. The tape is also suitable for use in lymphatic drainage and is latex-free.
