Information for use of the article MAM Teat size 3: The MAM teats size 3 are supplied in a double pack and fit all MAM wide-neck bottles as well as the MAM trainer. They are made of SkinSoft silicone, which provides a silky smooth, skin-like surface for babies. The flat, jaw-friendly shape makes drinking easier and is well accepted by children. Inside the teat are structural strips that prevent collapsing during drinking. The teats are suitable for babies from 6 months and have a fast flow rate. For storage, the teat should not be kept in sterilising solution or direct sun/heat. Teats should be stored in a dry, sealed container and out of the reach of children. Before first use, the teats should be cleaned and sterilised. Further cleaning can be done with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. After cleaning, the teats should be sterilised in one of the following ways: Steam sterilisation, boiling water or sterilising solution. The teat should be checked for damage or wear before use and replaced if necessary. Needles or sharp objects should not be used to enlarge the teat opening. The nipple is compatible with all MAM bottles and the Trainer+ and should be turned until it engages when inserted into the bottle screw ring.
