Binko® Memo contains a high-quality Ginkgo biloba special extract.This herbal medicine is suitable for improving age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia.No prescription is required for this product.
Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients
Binko® Memo 120 mg film-coated tablets contain ginkgo biloba leaf dry extract as the active ingredient.One film-coated tablet contains 120 mg of quantified, refined dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves (35-67:1), extracted with acetone 60% (m/m).The extract is quantified to contain 22.0-27.0% flavonoids, calculated as flavonol glycosides, 2.8-3.4% ginkgolides A, B and C, 2.6-3.2% bilobalide and contains a maximum of 5 ppm ginkgolic acids.
Other ingredients include: Croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate (vegetable), microcrystalline cellulose, spray-dried glucose syrup, macrogol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), iron (III) hydroxide oxide x H2O (E172).
Area of application
Binko® Memo 120 mg film-coated tablets are used for forgetfulness or lack of concentration.They are intended to improve age-related cognitive impairment and quality of life in mild dementia.
Dosage
Adults aged 18 years and over take one film-coated tablet whole, unchewed, with liquid twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.Treatment should last at least 8 weeks.If there is no improvement after 3 months or symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted.
Intake
The film-coated tablets are taken orally.They should not be taken while lying down.The tablets are swallowed whole with liquid, preferably a glass of water.It can be taken regardless of meals.
Contraindications
Binko® Memo 120 mg film-coated tablets should not be used if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients it contains.
Patient information
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine if you have a pathological increased bleeding tendency, are taking blood-thinning medication, suffer from epilepsy, are having an operation planned in the next 3 to 4 days or are taking efavirenz.Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms worsen during treatment.The medicine is not approved for children and adolescents.
Your doctor will tell you whether your illness allows you to drive and use machines.There have been no adequate studies on the effects on the ability to drive and use machines.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.This medicine must not be taken during pregnancy.It should also not be used during breastfeeding as there are no sufficient studies.
Notes
Binko® Memo 120 mg film-coated tablets contain lactose, glucose and sodium.Medicines should be kept out of the reach of children.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the pack.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
