Information for use of the article MICLAST 80 mg/g nail varnish containing active substance: MICLAST 80 mg/g is a nail varnish for the treatment of mild to moderately severe nail fungus infestation of the finger and toe nails. The active ingredient ciclopirox penetrates the nail and kills the fungi. It is applied once a day, preferably in the evening. Before treatment, as much of the diseased nail as possible should be removed. During treatment, the affected nails should be completely covered with a thin layer MICLAST 80 mg/g. The layer of varnish should be removed at least once a week. The duration of treatment is at least 3 months for fingernails and should not exceed 6 months for toenails. The medicine should be kept away from light and out of the reach of children. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
