Directions for use of the article Doppelherz pure Magnesium 400 Capsules: Doppelherz pure Magnesium 400 is a food supplement in the form of capsules. Each capsule contains 400 mg of magnesium, which corresponds to 107% of the recommended daily intake. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system as well as to normal energy metabolism. The capsules contain magnesium from the Dead Sea and are packaged in vegetarian capsules. They are free from gelatine, colourings and fillers. Doppelherz pure magnesium contains no additives such as preservatives, colourings or flavourings. It is also lactose-free, gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The recommended intake is one capsule daily, taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. Store in a dry place, not above 25°C and out of the reach of children. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
