OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 with B vitamins contains nine human bacterial strains with at least 7.5 billion germs per sachet (3 g).The bacterial strains included are:

Lactobacillus casei W56, Lactobacillus acidophilus W22, Lactobacillus paracasei W20, Bifidobacterium lactis W51, Lactobacillus salivarius W24, Lactococcus lactis W19, Bifidobacterium lactis W52, Lactobacillus plantarum W62 and Bifidobacterium bifidum W23.

In addition to the bacterial strains, the product contains the following ingredients: corn starch, maltodextrin, inulin, potassium chloride, rice protein, magnesium sulfate, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), enzymes (amylases), vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5'-sodium phosphate; 15% NRV*), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride; 15% NRV*), manganese sulfate and vitamin B12(Cyanocobalamin; 15% NRV*).

Dosage

The recommended consumption for OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 with B vitamins is one sachet (3 g) of the product 1-2 times a day.The contents of the bag should be stirred into about 1/8 liter of water.After an activation period of at least one minute, the mixture should be stirred again and then drunk.Taking it on an empty stomach is recommended.Since the vitamins B2, B6 and B12 it contains help to reduce tiredness and fatigue, it is particularly useful to take it in the morning.
