Application and dosage

The recommended consumption for Syngut Plus sachets is one sachet once a day, dissolved in around 200 ml of still water.This can be done, for example, in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed.For optimal effect, it is recommended to take it over a period of at least three months.
