Omni Biotic Metabolic Probiotic promotes a balance between the Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes bacterial types in the intestine.Firmicutes bacteria obtain calories from fiber and store them, while Bacteroidetes bacteria excrete unused carbohydrates.The product contains specific strains of bacteria that displace Firmicutes and can therefore support weight loss.This is particularly effective in combination with exercise and a low-calorie, healthy diet.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Omni Biotic Metabolic Probiotic contains the following ingredients: corn starch, maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), galactooligosaccharides (GOS), polydextrose, vegetable protein, potassium chloride, bacterial strains, magnesium sulfate, manganese sulfate, lactose, vanilla flavor and manganese sulfate.One sachet contains 11 mg of lactose, which is equivalent to about 4 drops of cow's milk.The bacterial strains include Lactobacillus acidophilus W57, Lactobacillus casei W56, Enterococcus faecium W54, Lactobacillus acidophilus W22, Lactobacillus rhamnosus W71, Lactococcus lactis W58 and Lactobacillus plantarum W62, with at least 3 billion germs per serving.

Application and dosage

The recommended dosage is one sachet of Omni Biotic Metabolic Probiotic once daily.The contents of the sachet (3 g) are stirred into 125 ml of water and an activation time of 1 minute is allowed before the solution is stirred again and drunk.It should ideally be taken in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed.Alternatively, the bag can also be stirred into tea, milk or yoghurt.Drinks with caffeine, acidic pH or carbon dioxide are unsuitable.The liquids should not be warmer than 40 degrees Celsius so as not to harm the bacteria.

Duration of application and nutrition

A treatment period of one month is recommended for a treatment for intestinal health.The preparation does not replace a healthy and balanced diet, but shows its effects best in combination with it.Good prebiotic foods include onions, garlic, bananas, asparagus, Jerusalem artichokes and whole grain cereal products.In order to lose weight, it is important to keep an eye on your calorie intake and consume as few carbohydrates as possible.Exercise boosts calorie consumption and supports weight loss.
