Use/administration/recommended intake:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Consume 1 level measuring spoon (approx. 12 g) stirred into approx. 200-250 ml of liquid* 1 to 3 times daily*.
Children 6-12 years: 1 to 3 times daily, consume half a dosage spoon (approx. 6 g) stirred into approx. 100-150 ml of liquid*.
* The claim "Helps ease intestinal transit and maintain a healthy bowel" refers to consumption three times a day.

For best results, Kijimea® Regularis Plus should be taken for at least 4 weeks.
Kijimea® Regularis Plus is also suitable for longer intake.
Kijimea® Regularis Plus should not be taken without sufficient liquid.
