Symbiolact Plus capsules are a dietary supplement that contains biotin and various lactic acid-producing bacteria.Biotin supports the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as the intestinal mucosa.No prescription is required for this product.

Ingredients

The capsules contain the following ingredients: maltodextrin, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose, lactic acid-producing bacteria (Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus salivarius) and biotin.The capsule shell consists of hypromellose.It may contain traces of milk protein.

Nutritional information per capsule (510 mg): Energy 6.9 kJ / 1.6 kcal, fat 0.006 g, carbohydrates 0.24 g, protein 0.09 g, salt 0.02 g, biotin 30.0 μg (60% of the reference amount for daily intake according to LMIV).The lactic acid producing bacteria include B. lactis (46.5 mg), L. acidophilus (35.5 mg), Lc.lactis (16.7 mg), L. rhamnosus (11.0 mg), L. paracasei (10.2 mg) and L. salivarius (8.6 mg).

Application and dosage

Symbiolact Plus capsules should be taken once daily with a meal.The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules per day.The capsules can be taken directly, without first mixing them in water.The freeze-dried bacteria reach the intestines protected and become active again there.
