Directions for use of the product Doppelherz aktiv Melatonin Schneller Einschlafen The food supplement Doppelherz aktiv Melatonin Schneller Einschlafen contains 1 mg melatonin per tablet. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone produced by the body to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The tablets are easy to swallow and should be taken shortly before bedtime with sufficient liquid. It is important not to exceed the recommended daily dose and to store the tablets in a dry and cool place. The product contains lactose and should be avoided by people with lactose intolerance. It is gluten-free and manufactured in Germany. Persons suffering from liver, kidney or autoimmune diseases, pregnant and breastfeeding women and persons taking certain medicines should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking Melatonin. The use of alcohol together with melatonin is not recommended. If consumed in excess, the product may have a laxative effect.
