Vliwasorb® sensitive

Vliwasorb® sensitive is a superabsorbent wound dressing with a silicone layer that was specially developed for moderately to heavily exuding wounds.Due to its high absorption capacity and its strong retention capacity, even under compression, this dressing protects the wound and the surrounding skin from maceration.The multi-layer structure of the dressing facilitates fluid management and creates an optimal, moist wound environment that contributes to faster wound closure.Binding the exudate in the dressing reduces the number of bacteria, which can then be removed when changing the dressing.

The soft silicone wound contact layer is self-adhesive, making application comfortable and easy.The stable shape retention of the bandage, even when used vertically, ensures increased patient comfort and gives a feeling of security.In addition, a practical protective layer protects clothing and bed linen from getting wet.

Product composition

The bandage is made of silicone, non-woven fabric, polyacrylate and cellulose.
